A High-end Residential building in one of Ahmedabad’s very well-known area, was installing a sewage treatment system in the premises to recycle the building sewage. The treated sewage water was to be recycled for flushing and gardening purposes.

We would like to mention case here that High-end residential project based on Ahmedabad, Gujarat demanded for High Quality treated Water Quality form sewage treatment plant to reuse in floor washing and toilet flushing. We advised them to go with our special membranes developed for such application. Process Summary:

Municipal sewage treatment plant with a design capacity of 70 KLD located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The membranes used in thebioreactor are made of PVDF material and of 0.1 µpore size. The membranes were stacked in form ofcassettes. The filtrate from the MBR is removed bymeans of MBR filtrate pumps. Return activatedsludge pumps are providing in the MBR chamber tomaintain the continuous circulation of the mixedwater and sludge.
